Managing negative thoughts and worries about work 01/12/15
This workshop will introduce you to different approaches you may like to try out when experiencing difficult thoughts about work (including thoughts about returning to work and thoughts about the recruitment process). These approaches include how you can reflect differently on things, how what you do can have a big impact on how you feel and how you can step back from worries and make room for difficult thoughts and feelings.
It is available to anyone who meets the eligibility criteria for an IAPT employment workshop.
