This workshop will support you to identify useful skills that you have already developed which can be applied within different workplace environments. This workshop will also introduce you to unhelpful thinking styles that you might experience during this process of reflecting on skills and look at practical ways of overcoming low self-esteem.

Who is this workshop suitable for?

  • Those aged 16 or above and registered with a GP in Haringey
  • If you are unemployed or employed but looking for a change in career
  • If you are experiencing low mood or anxiety
  • Those who can speak, read and write English at least at a basic level
